The city is unable to notarize documents that pertain to the sale / transfer of property located in Cook County. 

Please note: 

• A valid / unexpired ID issued by a state or federal government agency, which bears the photographic image of the individual's face and signature of the individual is required
• Do not sign the document until you are in the presence of the Notary
