The Marvin Parkway Flood Control Project is scheduled to start the week of July 19, 2021.  This project involves the construction of a large underground detention vault under the median of Marvin Parkway, between Seminary and Wilkinson.  It also includes sewer work, watermain replacement, and pavement work. 

Traffic control signage will be installed this week.  All of the trees in the median will be removed.  Excavation of the median and installation of the underground vault will follow.

This project is estimated to be complete in December, 2021.  The contractor is Berger Excavating.
