Water Smart is a free online service where you can pay and view your bill, monitor water use, and set up leak alerts.  If your home has a smart water meter, Water Smart will display your hourly/daily consumption.  WaterSmart can alert you to the presence of continuous or atypical usage and help you identify the source.  Alerts can be sent by email, text, or voice.  To set up leak alerts go to Settings/Communication Preferences.
